Training

Oxford Computer Consultants Ltd provides a range of training courses for each of its products, and our qualified trainers will make the experience both educational and enjoyable. Training can be delivered on-site or in our dedicated training room here in Oxford.

Courses can be tailored to suit your specific requirements as the system functionality is broken down into modules which easily allow you to choose the ones relevant to you and your users.

OCC can provide guidance on the modules you require by carrying out training-needs analysis. Alternatively, Train-the-Trainer courses can be given, allowing you to select a team of trainers who will deliver training internally to your staff.

Training can be delivered using sample training data provided by you, or using OCC’s training data. If your data is being used, we can create training scenarios/exercises to ensure delegates are tested as part of the training course.
 
OCC regularly hosts public training sessions. These are a good opportunity to share information with other users of the system.
 
Training modules are updated regularly when functionality is added or updated and based on user feedback from previous training courses.
 
Comprehensive training manuals are included as part of the course.
 
Course feedback forms are used as a means of regularly reviewing and improving the content and delivery of our training courses.
 
On-site testing and/or post go-live support/consultancy is also available from our trainers should you require this.
